UPDATE:

The burglar who broke into the 1st floor apartment of my house was caught! Jermaine and Mia (the wonderful couple living downstairs with their baby Chidima) ID'd the burglar after the detectives caught him prowling around the area surprisingly indiscreetly.

The burglar was not the brightest crayon in the box, as he was wearing one of Jermaine's watches and carrying his Blackberry when he was nabbed...

Anyway, I just got off the phone with Mia, and while I'm certainly not going to let my guard down as I'm out and about in the city, I definitely feel more at ease especially as I will be home alone for the next few nights.
